Vacancy: Sales Administrator

Due to our expansion programme for 2018 we have an immediate vacancy for a Sales Administrator.

The main functions of the post are:

To provide support to the Sales function of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • First point of contact with customers using a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Understand specific core account customer’s needs
  • Manage CRM System
  • Smooth and timely Order and Quote Process
    • In line with budgetary guidelines
    • Within agreed timescales
  • Seamless liaison with Production
  • Timely quote follow up
  • Capture customer feedback
  • Analysis of business by:
    • Customer
    • Product
    • Customer Contact Point:
    • Regular communication
    • Feedback
    • Dealing with conflict
    • Assist with marketing projects as necessary
