Job Description:

A challenging & exciting new role has arisen within our company for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of sourcing and winning new business as well as growing existing accounts. Knowledge of the packaging industry is desirable, but not essential.

The role’s key areas are:-

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with existing and potential customers – this will include a mix of social media, phone, emailing and face to face meetings.
  • Communicating with existing customers in a way that supports and develops ongoing relationship.
  • Manage agreed Sales targets and administration tasks to support existing and new customers
  • Play a key role in the ongoing success and culture of the organisation.
  • Communicate effectively with the new, existing customers and all internal communication channels
  • Keep up to date and report current competitor and Industry/Market sector activity
  • Manage the company’s Sales database

  • Good Commercial awareness

  • Excellent IT skills to include all social media platforms
