Due to the resounding success of our previous traditional Fish ‘n’ Chips Friday we decided a follow up treat would be a welcome end to another busy week for Team fc.
Daniel from ‘Mobile Fish & Chips’ arrived in our car park at 11.00am sharp, got his fryer fired up and promptly started serving up piping hot fish ‘n’ chips at 11.45am!
Again the lunchtime treat was very well received and we got some great comments from the team:
“these were better than last time”
“the best fish ‘n’ chips I have had in ages”
and of course we had a repeat of;
“can we do it every Friday”
It is nice to see the cardboard trays being used especially with the news they keep food fresher for longer than their polystyrene competitors (not that the Fish ‘n’ Chips lasted long enough not to be 100% Fresh!) However they are a more sustainable form of packaging as they are recyclable and biodegradable.
