On Friday 30th September FC Cartons hosted a Macmillan Coffee Morning, raising £500 for cancer support! A real team effort was made to get baking and all of the tasty treats looked fantastic displayed on FC’s kraft stands, trays and boxes. It turns out that ‘Chunk’ makes a smashing salted caramel brownie! We were overwhelmed to see so many friendly faces at the coffee morning, and the generous donations made by all. The raffle, where we had some great prizes up for grabs, was exceptionally popular with staff. Gareth Northover from Despatch won a meal for two, kindly donated by The Castle Inn in Castle Donington. With plenty of cakes to go round, we made sure all the guests and staff left with a box of goodies to take home.
