Liam Cox Operations Director: Gives an insight on the latest Team fc recruits.
Lenka and Ana joined Team fc six months ago during one of our busiest periods, using their previous experience to good effect – they hit the ground running and continue to make a valuable contribution as production assistants on our nesting machines.
Both Ana and Lenka told us a little about themselves and how they have settled really well into Team fc,
Ana added “my role is very similar to my previous job, which has allowed me to quickly adjust and make a positive contribution working for Team fc – I live in Loughborough with my husband – I like going out for bike rides and enjoy travelling, swimming and playing badminton – I am also a big Chelsea fan”!
Lenka told us “I really enjoy being part of Team fc as everyone is very helpful, I live in Derby with my Husband. In my spare time I enjoy roller skating, cycling, jogging and skiing. I practiced sports gymnastics and I used to be a Latino dancer – I enjoy watching Ice skating, hockey and gymnastics on TV”.
Julio joined us from a ready meal factory after the company had relocated making for an impossible commute. Julio has joined our warehouse and distribution team and is using his forklifting experience to help this very busy area of our production facility.
Julio has settled really well into Team fc, always has a smile on his face and is always willing to help out in other areas when required!
Julio said “whilst I have only been with Team fc 3 month’s I feel I have settled in really well. I enjoy reading, walking the dog and karate – I can also go to the Gym because I have one in my garage! When I lived in the Dominican, I used to play baseball and basketball – Now I live with my wife Andrea in Castle Donington making for the best commute to work”!
Theo and Joe are making a valuable contribution to Team fc working as general assistants on a part time basis, which fits in with their studies and fc production schedules, both are studying at college.
Theo told us “I am training to be an electrician but am really enjoying being part of team fc, I live in Breaston and enjoy going for runs and playing on my games console, I also enjoy playing football and I am a big Nottingham Forest fan” – good decision Theo!
Joe added “after completing my college course I would love to be a football coach; I feel I have settled well into Team fc and enjoy being part of the team and of course earning some money! I play football for – Soccer Assist scholarship. I am a big Liverpool supporter” – not such a good decision Joe!
Daniel is our latest recruit and whilst he has only been with us a few weeks he has settled really well into Team fc and is making a valuable contribution as a production assistant on our nightshift. Daniel has benefited from the fact is mum is also a valuable member of Team fc.
Daniel told us “I enjoy going to the Gym and my favourite interests and sports are: Street workout, Boxing, Muay Thai, Ice-Hockey and football – I support Slavia Prague and Bayern Munich”
